About Me

I picked up a needle and thread for the first time when I was eight years old, and I haven't put it down since.
Hi, I'm Suhani! I'm a student at The Galloway School, and I've always loved making things. I learned to sew at Easy Going Sewing, where I've spent years building new skills, designing my own pieces, and becoming part of a community of people who love creating as much as I do.
By the age of twelve, I moved from the student side of the table to the teacher side, leading sewing classes and summer camps for kids. I also started a crochet program introducing both kids and adults to the world of crochet. I love watching people go from “I don’t think I can do this” to proudly holding something they made themselves!
For me, creating is about more than sewing or crochet. It’s about being curious, trying something new, solving problems, and turning an idea into something real.
When I'm not making something, I'm on the pursuit of finding the best Boba in town or whereever I travel! 🧋
